Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Smart Set Beauty Studio, each appointment is thoughtfully reserved to provide you with a personalized and relaxing experience. Out of respect for our providers’ time and our clients on the waiting list, we kindly request at least 72 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 72 hours of the scheduled service will incur a fee equal to 30% of the reserved appointment total. We understand that unexpected situations may occasionally arise, and we truly appreciate your understanding and consideration of our time and small business.
